A young chef and a kitchen on the road. It consists of a gastronomical traditional cooking proposal, by the hand of the chef Miguel Herrera. He is a professional on catering services and started up “El Cuchareo” in 2010. From now on, he has decided to travel along Andalusia to offer the best of traditional mediterranean recipes.
This rustic food truck philosofy wants to deliver a traditional cooking accessible to all. The main aim and passion of our Chef is to surprise everybody due to his closeness and show that the traditional cooking can be on road, going further than the well known Street food : hot dogs or burguers.
